In most cases, a walk-through of the service location helps to determine the scope of work. The walk-through also helps to determine the service rate. If you wish to move forward with scheduling service, you'll have proper communication to do so.

All jobs completed by the business owner, Chris O. Greenhouse Cleaning Service is a residential house cleaning service. I specialize in eco-friendly cleaning methods to protect the environment and make your home into a healthier place.
All cleaning products that I use are non-toxic and come from natural resources. Reducing our carbon footprint while cleaning your home is the goal. Even the cleaning supplies that I use are either reusable, made of recycled or plant-based material, or certified to be energy efficient. My non-abrasive cleaning methods will safely and effectively get the cleaning job done. Greenhouse Cleaning Service is insured, and all cleaning service appointments are done with integrity and efficiency.

The Answers You Need
How do I arrange for payment after cleaning services?
You may pay with cash, Quick Pay, Venmo, or credit/debit card.
Do you provide cleaning service to homes with signs of squalor?
Greenhouse Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse service to household areas deemed “unmanageable” for cleaning. This may include household areas that are "extremely" cluttered and/or believed to pose health risks.
Are eco-friendly cleaning products safe to use in my household?
There are no potentially harmful chemicals within certified and approved eco-friendly cleaning products. Eco-friendly cleaning products are especially useful to populations with a greater risk for adverse health effects (pregnant women, babies, young children, and the elderly). It is believed that eco-friendly cleaning products are the safer option to use; this is whether you are at risk for adverse health effects or not.
Will a contract need to be signed before any work is performed?
Not unless it is requested for service.
What is your lock box policy?
For a $10 additional charge, clients are loaned a lock box in case there is no person present during the cleaning appointment.
The best way to secure a loaner lock box is to request for it via email/phone before the appointment. A date/time will be arranged to leave the lock box with you, and the combination code will be included.
When the client is given a lock box, they are to ensure that ALL keys for entry access are inside of the lock box on the day of their cleaning appointment.
If the cleaner must leave the spare entry key(s) upon departure of the cleaning job. Please indicate to your cleaner the preferred place for entry key(s) to be left i.e. first floor, kitchen counter.
The lock box loaner will be retrieved when the cleaning appointment is done.
If the client party will not be present after the cleaning appointment, the client has the option to:
Pre-pay with cash/money order left inside of the lock box with the key
Pay with Quick Pay/Venmo after your appointment is over
Debit/credit card can be taken over the phone after your cleaning appointment is over
In any case, payment for cleaning services is due the same day as the service date, no exceptions.
What do I do if something gets broken?
Avoiding damages to personal belongings and property is a high priority. However, proper steps will be taken to replace or reimburse damages that occurred as a company fault. Please see the terms and agreements link for additional information.
